Client Relationship Manager (Multilingual) – Belgrade, office-based, salary from 120,000 RSD + bonuses

We are hiring multiple Client Relationship Managers to work from our office in Belgrade. We welcome candidates who speak English only, as well as those who speak additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German. The salary depends on the languages you speak and your experience.

Job description:

Daily communication with international clients (written and verbal)

Managing and developing long-term client relationships in the assigned market

Preparing offers, negotiating conditions and following up on delivery

Close cooperation with internal teams (sales, support, operations)

Monitoring results and preparing short performance reports for management

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken) – mandatory for all candidates

Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German) are a strong plus and will be reflected in the salary level

Some previous experience in client communication, sales or working with international customers is preferred (internships, student jobs or junior roles are also welcome)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Full-time, office-based position in Belgrade
